What is an "Arabian Princess" party?

This is a perfect alternative for a children's birthday party or to just give your little princess her special day. This venue suits ages from 4-12 years of age and lasts about an hour. This works well from between 5-10 children, but more can be accommodated as an option. No special clothes or supplies are needed, everything is provided!

Here's what we do!

Our dancers arrive in full costume and provides a short dance performance to music. Then the children have a chance to dress-up in borrowed veils, hip belts, and play with zils (finger cymbals). There is an easy and fun dance "lesson" also. All the children receive a gift bag of take-home "Arabian" party favors. The guest of honor receives a special "Arabian Princess" gift for her very own, and then we play and dance to music to their hearts content!

• veils and jingly coined belts to borrow for dress-up and dance

• personalized "Arabian Princess" party invitations
• pictures posted on our Web site of your event (with your permission, of course)

All the activities are age/experience appropriate. The 1 hr "Arabian Princess" party is performed by one or two Palmetto Oasis Middle Eastern Dancers in full costume in your Lowcountry area choice of location. Options such as a decorated “Harem Tent,” musical instruments, additional dancers, etc. may also be added.
